Based in the Hautes Alpes and being great lovers of our mountains, we offer rentals in 2 major resorts: Vars and Montgenèvre. We have 10 chalets available, accommodating from 12 to 24 people.
In this listing, we present Chalet C, a south-facing 160 m² chalet that can accommodate 14 people, offering stunning views of the ski slopes. This larch and local stone chalet features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. As soon as you enter, you will experience the ambiance of a mountain chalet that combines modern style with large windows, providing exceptional views of the ski slopes and mountains.
Open all year round, we rent this chalet on a weekend or weekly basis. Weekly rentals are available from late December to late March and from early July to late August.
We are a small team dedicated to providing excellent service to our guests throughout their stay. We can connect you with service providers for meals or certified instructors for various sports activities, whether the resort is open or closed. For relaxation and well-being, yoga teachers or osteopaths can organize sessions at the chalet.
When building this chalet, our goal was to preserve the view and ensure privacy. We have created a welcoming chalet with a spacious living area where everyone can gather around the table for meals or simply enjoy good times over a drink or a game of foosball. The kitchen is open to the living area. This 40 m² space, comprising a living room, kitchen, and dining area, opens onto a south-facing terrace where you can enjoy lunch almost year-round.
The chalet is equipped with all the comforts, including WiFi, flat-screen TVs in each bedroom, baby equipment (crib and high chair), and amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, freezer, raclette and fondue sets, and a griddle. For leisure activities, we provide a ping pong table, DVD player, and PlayStation.
A dedicated relaxation area allows you to unwind after a day of sports activities, featuring an outdoor jacuzzi, a steam room, and an infrared sauna.

If you choose to visit during the summer, the Hautes-Alpes region presents an array of enticing opportunities. With 300 days of sunshine per year, it's a haven for cycling enthusiasts. Embark on family bike rides with electric mountain bikes or explore the thrilling downhill mountain bike tracks equipped with jumps and turns throughout the domain. Don't miss the exhilarating 32 km downhill mountain bike trail connecting Vars to Embrun, the longest in Europe. Road cyclists can indulge in the numerous accessible mountain passes that make Vars an ideal destination.
Vars, situated at the convergence of the Ecrins, Queyras, and Ubaye valleys, is a central starting point for countless hiking adventures in the Southern Alps. Explore the diverse forms of mountain water, from serene lakes for swimming or paddle boating, to picturesque waterfalls encountered during invigorating hikes leading to high-altitude lakes. Thrill-seekers can enjoy rafting and inflatable canoeing along the lively Durance River. Serre Ponçon Lake offers pristine beaches for relaxation and water activities such as wakeboarding, boating, or kitesurfing.
The region offers a range of activities for children, including an adventure park with courses suitable for the adventurous, horseback riding at an equestrian center, orienteering in the Queyras Regional Park, farm animal visits, and exciting options like climbing, via ferrata, and canyoning. The chalet also includes a ping-pong table for added entertainment.

- Fresh bread and pastries delivered in the morning (during open bakery hours in summer and winter).

- Linen included in the rate during Christmas and February school holidays, available as an option for the rest of the year.
- Connection with certified instructors who can accompany you in various sports activities throughout the year, catering to both beginners and advanced athletes (ski touring, alpine skiing, mountaineering, climbing, fat biking, and more).
- We are a small team dedicated to providing excellent service to our guests before and during their stay.
During the winter and summer seasons, the chalet is rented from Sunday to Sunday. Weekend rentals are available depending on the period. We accept dogs but unfortunately cannot accommodate cats. We also have 5 other chalets that can accommodate 12 to 24 people in Vars, as well as 4 chalets for 16 to 22 people in the Montgenèvre resort.
